In 2018, Walter and Elizabeth, a dynamic father-daughter team, took ownership of Bodyplex Elberton, a fitness facility established in Elberton in 2012. A message from the owner Bodyplex Elberton was formed in 2012 and re-imagined in 2019 under the guidance of father-daughter team Walter McNeely and Elizabeth Tyler. In 2025, a second location was born - Bodyplex College Avenue, also in Elberton. Our vision: to offer inclusive, dynamic spaces that serve the needs of our changing and growing community. No. Although our clubs are available to members 24/7/365, our staff is only on-site Monday-Thursday 12pm-7 pm, and Friday, 12pm-4pm. 𒊹 I'm new to the gym. Can someone show me how to use the machines? Yes! Just ask a staff member and we will set up a time that suits your schedule. 𒊹 How do I cancel my membership? There are several options: 1) in the app click on your profile pic to see account management options & follow prompts 2) Call Member Services at 888-827-9262 to process 3) call either club, or email bodyplexelbertonga@gmail.com . Good to know: 1) A 30 day cancellation notice applies to all accounts. This means that when a member puts in their cancellation notice, any invoices that are due within the following 30 days are still due. Once we receive those final dues the account is closed. 2) If there are any past dues or late fees on the account, those must be paid before the account can be cancelled. 𒊹 Can I add family members to my account? Yes! Call us or come in and we can add them to your current agreement. 𒊹 Can I bring a guest? Guests are welcome only during staffed hours as posted in club , for a $10.00 guest fee. All guests must check in with front desk staff and sign waiver/release of liability prior to using the facility. Any member bringing a non-member into the facility during non-staffed hours is at risk of losing membership.
