Frequently Asked Questions

𒊹 Are you staffed 24 hours?

No. Although the club is available to members 24/7/365, our staff is on-site Monday-Thursday 12pm-7 pm, and Friday, 12pm-4pm. Guests and drop-ins are only allowed during these hours. 

𒊹 How do I join?

By clicking the "Join" button above, you can browse the membership options. When you find the plan that works for you, just follow the prompts. Or, you are always welcome to come in during business hours.

𒊹 How do I cancel my membership? We don't believe it should be hard to cancel your gym membership so we offer a number of options. However, if there are past dues or late fees on the account, those must be paid before the account can be cancelled. Here are ways to cancel: cancel through the app, call Member Services at 888-827-9262, call either club, or email bodyplexelbertonga@gmail.com. You are not required to come in person or notify us by mail.

𒊹 Is there a cancellation fee?  There is a 30 day cancellation notice which means that any dues coming up within the next 30 days 

must be paid at time of cancellation. However you still have use of the gym during that 30 day period.

𒊹 If I stop coming to the gym does my membership cancel on its own? No. Your account will continue to accrue charges until you cancel it. 

𒊹 If I turn my card off does that cancel my membership? No. Your account will continue to accrue charges according to the terms of your agreement. To stop charges, you must cancel your agreement.

𒊹 Can I update my payment card or make a payment online?

Yes – either through the Bodyplex Elberton app or  online at: https://www.myiclubonline.com/iclub/members/signin 

 

𒊹 Can I add family members to my account?

Yes! Call us or come in and we can add them to your current agrement.

 

𒊹 Can I bring a guest?

Only during our established business hours, for a $10.00 fee. All guests must check in with front desk staff prior to using the facility. 

𒊹 Do you offer childcare?

No. Children of any age are not allowed on the gym floor and may not be left in the lobby. 

𒊹 What is the minimum age requirement?

If a parent is a member, the minimum age is 12 and must be under parental supervision. The minimum age to be a primary account holder is 15. 

𒊹 Can I use my friend’s or family member's membership?

No. Memberships are not transferrable and can be used only by the person whose name is on the agreement.

𒊹 Why are you so strict about guests after hours? As a 24 hour facililty we have a heightened awareness of security, especially when staff is not present. This is for everyone's safety and assurance that everyone in the building is a member.
